We are the exclusive distributor of Igloohome smart locks in Canada.
Igloohome has a range of products designed to give shared access to your home. It’s the only brand with both locks and key access solutions Integrated and approved by Airbnb. By linking your Airbnb account to your igloohome account you will never need to provide your guests access to keys again, the app does it for you.
Return policy
If customers change their minds about the product, they must contact support@zeetech.ca.ca and return it within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods for a refund.
The shipping cost (including return and reimport fees) is refundable only if our support team confirms that the product is defective.
Please call our support number at +1 929 224 0688 before returning the product.
A restoring fee (minimum %10) applies for non-defective products depending on the product’s condition.
To be eligible for a return, products must be undamaged and returned with the original invoice, the original packaging, documentation and accessories. Should the product be paired with an igloohome account, the product has to be deleted from the account and reset to factory settings.
